SeaCube Medieval Sigils Series Artisan Keycaps

Design: HOLY BIBLE
Profile: MX
$19.00

Seacube · MEDIEVAL SIGILS Series · Artisan Keycaps

Made from photosensitive (UV-cured) resin — 3D modelled, 3D printed, then cleaned, primed, painted and sealed by hand. The resin holds detail down to a fraction of a millimetre (the red ribbon across an open page, the grain along a wooden cross), and because every piece is painted by hand, no two are exactly alike.

Good to Know

PRODUCT & COMPATIBILITY

What material are the keycaps made of?

UV-cured photopolymer resin. Each keycap is 3D printed individually, then sanded, painted and finished by hand.

Which keyboards do they fit?

MX-compatible switches — Cherry MX and MX-style. Please confirm your keyboard uses MX switches before ordering.

LEAD TIME

How long until I receive my order?

Standard (non-custom) keycaps: your order enters the production queue, is printed and hand-finished — about 7–15 business days to produce, plus 7–15 days in transit. Roughly 14–30 days in total.

Custom keycaps: calculated in stages, in business days, excluding the time you take to review and approve the model.

StageWhat happensTime
① ModelingStarts once the modeling fee is paid; includes up to 3 revisions3–5 business days
② ProductionStarts once you approve the model and pay the production fee; 3D printing, hand-sanding and painting3–5 business days
③ ShippingPacked and dispatched; time in transit7–15 days

From payment to delivery: 3–5 days modeling + 3–5 days production + 7–15 days shipping — about 13–25 days. If you request revisions or take longer to approve the model, each round adds to the timeline. The actual delivery date follows your approval pace.

Every active order has a live progress tracker in our Support Center, and we post updates along the way. If something runs late, we keep working and keep you informed — a delay on its own is not grounds for a refund, but we will always let you know where your order stands.

Hand-finishing is part of the process, not a defect. During holidays and peak periods timelines may extend — we will let you know in advance.

CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS

What are the steps for a custom keycap?
  1. Send your artwork — a clear, high-resolution image of what you’d like made.
  2. Feasibility check — our modeler assesses whether it can be produced and gets back to you with a decision.
  3. Pay the modeling fee — once approved. This is a service fee and is non-refundable. Modeling takes about 3–5 business days, during which you may request up to 3 free revisions.
  4. Approve the model — we send it to you for review. No production fee is due until you approve.
  5. Pay the production fee — your order enters production; printing, sanding, painting and finishing take about 3–5 business days.
  6. Packing & shipping — we pack your order, dispatch it, and send you a tracking number.

REVISIONS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

How many revisions do I get? What if I’m still not satisfied?

You may request up to 3 free revisions during the modeling stage. Each revision is based on the specific feedback you provide.

  • Within 3 revisions: we keep revising until you’re satisfied, at no extra charge.
  • After 3 revisions, still not satisfied: you may request a refund of 50% of the modeling fee paid, and the order is closed.

The refund is calculated on the modeling fee only, not the production fee — if the model is never approved, production never starts and no production fee is incurred. Custom work involves a substantial amount of design time, and the modeling and iteration cost of a one-off design cannot be recovered. For this reason a full refund is not possible. Please make sure you’re comfortable with this before ordering.

Can I cancel my order?

Generally no. Custom pieces are one-of-a-kind and cannot be resold. Whether cancellation is possible depends on the stage your order has reached:

Please contact us as soon as possible — the earlier you reach out, the more options we have. The stage of your order is determined by our system records.

DELIVERY & AFTER-SALES

What should I do when my order arrives?

To protect your rights — and so that there is clear evidence if anything was damaged in transit — please record the unboxing on video from start to finish.

  1. One continuous take — no cuts, no pauses, no editing. Start with the parcel exactly as you received it.
  2. Show all six sides of the outer box and the shipping label first, so the tracking number is legible and the box shows no damage or signs of having been opened.
  3. Open the parcel on camera, recording the packing materials and the removal of the items in full.
  4. Inspect each keycap (surface, legends, stem) and point out any issue on camera as you find it.
What if my parcel is damaged or lost in transit?

① Lost or damaged in transit. If the carrier is genuinely at fault and we are able to file a claim against them, we will remake and reship your order free of charge, with no additional cost to you. Please keep the original packaging and the damaged item, and contact us preferably within 7 days of delivery with your unboxing video so we can verify the issue and pursue the claim. Without a video, verification may not be possible for lack of evidence.

② Delivered, with proof of delivery. If the parcel is subsequently lost, stolen or damaged at the delivery address, and the carrier can no longer be held liable, this risk is not borne by us. In such cases we recommend contacting the local carrier right away and, if necessary, filing a police report. Keep the shipping label and your unboxing video. We are glad to provide shipping records and tracking history to help you pursue the matter.

What is not covered?

Custom pieces are one-of-a-kind and cannot be resold once produced. Where the issue is not on our side, a refund is not available, including but not limited to:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction — the piece matches the model you approved, but it isn’t to your taste;
  • Incorrect switch type, quantity or address provided at checkout;
  • No one available to receive the parcel, refused delivery, or failure to collect within the carrier’s holding period, resulting in return or loss;
  • Loss, theft or damage occurring at the delivery address after delivery has been confirmed with proof of delivery.

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will gladly reship it, though we may ask you to cover the second postage — no refund is issued in that case.

Conversely, issues on our side are covered in full: if the finished piece materially deviates from the model you approved, or has a production defect, we will remake it at no cost.

Note: this does not affect the revision-stage provision (50% of the modeling fee refunded after 3 revisions) — that applies before production begins, and the two do not conflict.

Will the finished keycap look exactly like the mockup?

Not exactly — we’d rather say this upfront than have you find out on delivery.

  • Mockups show the ideal state of a design. They are design representations, not the final product.
  • Actual production is affected by material properties, the printing process and hand-finishing, so colour, gloss and surface texture will vary to some degree.
  • We do our utmost to match the mockup, but a custom piece objectively cannot reproduce the ideal 100%. The finished piece is the reference.

If you have any questions about your piece, contact us anytime. We’ll offer as many solutions as we can — there’s no need to worry.
